KSOP Ph.D. Program
The KSOP Ph.D. Program has an elaborated mentorship concept: In each research area, one postdoc supports the Ph.D. students in all KSOP program related issues, in their career planning, as well as non-scientific and personal issues.
KSOP M.Sc. Program
The mentoring in the KSOP master's program is based on the experience and advise of the second year master's students. Especially the KSOP scholarship holders are very active in mentoring new KSOP master's students regarding their studies, their new environment and personal questions. At the beginning of each year, there are several students assigned that support the new Intake.
Furthermore, KSOP Ph.D. students assist the master's students in organizing their Optics & Photonics Labs, their project courses as well as their seminar courses.
